Campaign Administrators

(2 positions available)

Role Overview:

Working directly with our Campaign Organiser, you'll be the driving force behind our ground campaign operations across the Bicester & Woodstock constituency, planning and coordinating our local action days.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design efficient canvassing routes using OS maps

  • Prepare and distribute campaign materials and maps

  • Coordinate with local action groups

  • Support the planning and execution of action days

  • Maintain campaign databases and records

  • Liaise with volunteers and team leaders

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • Strong IT and digital mapping abilities

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • Clear communication style

  • Attention to detail

  • Basic understanding of OS maps

  • Ability to work systematically

Training Officer

Role Overview:

Working directly with our Chair and Deputy Chair, you'll be responsible for ensuring our team is well-prepared and confident in representing Reform UK across the Bicester & Woodstock constituency. You'll develop and deliver training that empowers our volunteers to engage effectively with residents and handle various campaign situations professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver canvassing response training

  • Brief teams on Reform UK policies and positions

  • Create practical scenario-based training sessions

  • Prepare volunteers for doorstep conversation.

  • Develop clear guidance materials

  • Keep team updated on policy developments

  • Ensure consistent messaging across our campaign

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • Strong communication and presentation abilities

  • Good knowledge of Reform UK policies

  • Experience in training or teaching (desirable)

  • Ability to explain complex topics clearly

  • Patient and encouraging teaching style

  • Well-organised approach to documentation

Media Content Creator - Bicester & Kidlington area

Working directly with our Campaign Organiser, you'll help tell the stories that matter across our constituency's communities, highlighting issues that affect residents' daily lives and documenting our fight for common sense solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research local interest stories in your designated area (Bicester/Kidlington)

  • Capture compelling photos and videos of local issues and events

  • Conduct vox pops and gather resident opinions on current issues

  • Create engaging content for social media and local communications

  • Document local campaigns and Reform UK activities

  • Help build our digital presence across the constituency

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • Strong interest in local issues and community matters

  • Basic photography/video skills

  • Good communication abilities

Role Overview:

Working directly with our Campaign Organiser, you'll manage our social media presence across platforms, ensuring our message of common sense solutions reaches all corners of the Bicester & Woodstock constituency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update our Facebook and X (formerly Twitter) accounts

  • Share relevant Reform UK national content

  • Post approved local content and campaign updates

  • Monitor local community discussions and engagement

  • Track social media metrics and engagement

  • Coordinate with Media Content Creators to share local stories

  • Ensure consistent messaging aligned with Reform UK values

  • Maintain professional and engaging tone across all platforms

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms

  • Experience managing Facebook and X accounts

  • Good judgment in content selection

  • Excellent written communication skills

  • Understanding of political social media etiquette

  • Ability to work within approval processes

  • Reliable and consistent availability
